The Aligned Life: Reflection & Grounding Coaching Session
Service Description
A focused 1:1 coaching session designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and supportive space. This is a reflective conversation where we explore what is currently present in your life, what feels unclear, and what you would like to gain clarity around. Rooted in the concept of Ease into Your Light, this work invites you to slow down, return to yourself, and create space for clarity to emerge naturally rather than through pressure or urgency. Together, we create space to pause, gain perspective, and reconnect with your own inner knowing. Each session is tailored to you and what you are navigating, offering both depth and structure to support greater awareness and alignment. By the end of this session, you will have: Greater clarity around your current situation or focus area Insight into patterns or dynamics that may be showing up A grounded sense of perspective and direction A deeper connection to your own decision-making and inner clarity This session is ideal if you are seeking space to reflect, regroup, and reconnect with yourself before making decisions or moving into your next steps. Please note: Before booking a Life Coaching session, you are asked to first schedule a complimentary Discovery Call with Maral. This call is an opportunity to explore your goals, priorities, and coaching needs to ensure the best fit for your support.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Life Coaching Sessions You can cancel or reschedule a life coaching session at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to receive a refund or carry it over as credit toward rescheduling the session. Cancellations or requests to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance of scheduled life coaching sessions are non-refundable. Cancelation and rescheduling requests should be made in writing to Maral.Varjabedyan@ease-into-your-light.com. These policies are in place to help ensure requests for cancellation and rescheduling are approached collaboratively and proactively. Thank you!
